If you are using Google Adwords and all of your tracking data is coming through as “google-cpc” or something similar, then this means you are not using UTM parameters and most likely have not setup an adwords tracking template.
I always recommend for people using Adwords to setup a simple tracking template at the account level and define a few custom parameters to make things easy to manage.

The first video in the series shows why you need to setup a tracking template and how this is very industry standard. You’ll find the Microsoft AdCenter (Bing) has a very similar system.
