API Key Not Working

If your API Key is not working, then it’s most likely because you are using a Personal Access Token or Service Account Key, and NOT the Legacy API Key.

The state of the API for Keap/Infusionsoft is a bit of a mess. There is a lot of history surrounding the XML-RPC and Rest API. Long story short, iTracker360 has always used the XML-RPC API. At some point in the future, we’ll support both versions of the API, but for now we are sticking with the XML-RPC API.

There has been a recent update regarding Personal Access tokens and Service Account Keys. The tokens/keys are only supported by the Rest API.

For iTracker360, you’ll need to use the Legacy API Key. You must have admin access to your Keap/Infusionsoft account to view this key.
