The iTracker360 credit card charges will show up as “WPY* Infusion Extreme LLC” or as just “Infusion Extreme LLC“.
To manage your billing settings just login to https://members.itracker360.com/ and click “Billing” at the top.
If you do not have access to the billing area and the Account Owner (the person who purchased the account) is no longer with your company, then just reach out to us via the “Contact Support” option and we can move the account and get you squared away.
If you are looking to cancel your account, just shoot us the last 4 digits of the card being billing along with your Infusionsoft App Name (or Company Name) and we can take care of that for you.
