If you are unable to login, then try requesting your password using the ‘Help, I forgot my password!‘ link. This will send you an email containing a new password that you can use to login with.
Not sure which email address you used? Then try using the “Help, which email address to I use?” link. Enter your Infusionsoft app name and we will show you a partial version of the email address used when creating the account.
On a Paid Account? If you no longer have access to the email address used, or the person who signed up the account no longer works for you, then just reach out to us and we can sort it out for you. Contact support@itracker360.com, open the live chat if you can catch us online, or submit a support ticket and we will resolve your issue very quickly.
On a Free Account? Just go to the signup page and signup the account using the new email address. You’ll have to verify the Infusionsoft API Key, but once you do this, the account will be moved to your name/email and you should be able to login with the password emailed to you.
